Chachoengsao

Scott here. Today is Nicholas' last day at school. He took a cake to school for his birthday and last day.
His classmates are going to class. They're wearing their pink physical education uniforms because it's Friday. I asked Nicholas whether he needs a uniform, and he told me he doesn't, because he's "not staying forever".



He's almost at the end of his time with cousin Pan. They're good friends. I took them to the park yesterday by myself, and I realized that it's a lot more work than Ying let on in her post. They're both a little mischievous, and it takes a lot of adult energy to keep up with them. I got to practice my Thai language when I asked for a net to retrieve Nicholas' shoe. He had accidentally lost it in the lake.



They argue a bit a times.


Ying has been driving me around on the back of Pin's motorcycle. This is what it looks like from my perspective when I'm holding on to Ying with one hand and a camera with the other. A lot of people do double takes when they see me.

This spirit house is in the school courtyard.


The fresh halibut was yummy.
